The room smelled terrible and was dirty d/t smoking in the room. There were no other rooms available in the hotel,or so I was told.Once I returned home everything in my suitcase required laundering to remove the nauseating smoke smell....I called priceline from the hotel and got the run around.I will NEVER use priceline again. ...read more

Extremely disappointed--Internet service did not work-no one could assist-AC was off upon entering the room-took over 4 hours for room to cool down-no maid service due to a hotel policy regarding the "do not disturb" sign being out after 9am, but removed by 10am. ...read more

Overall the hotel was really nice but was a little difficult to find off the highway. Signs off the highway were confusing. But once I fond the hotel, I was moderately pleasantly surprised. Traveling as Couple
Nothing fancy and I might stay here again if traveling alone. The desk staff was efficient and pleasant. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and didn't seem interested in their job. They were dressed unprofessionally - looked a little like homeless people. The pool area appeared pleasant but I didn't use it. The hallways were dark. The lobby area was very nice. Group Traveler
We were traveling with family and stayed in two different rooms. Neither room had an air conditioner that worked well. The AC in one room did manage to cool to a comfortable level after being on for about 6 hours. The other room never cooled and the staff told us to open a window.
There was also an issue of bugs. One of the girls that stayed, woke up in the middle of the night with bug bites all over her. We are fairly sure they were bed bug bites. She was miserable. Needless to say, I would
